Exhibition dates and working hours
May 19, 2010 from 9-00 till 18-00 (open to public from 10-00)
May 20, 2010 from 9-00 till 18-00 (open to public from 10-00)
May 21, 2010 from 9-00 till 17-00 (open to public from 10-00)

May 16-17, 2010 from 9-00 till 20-00

Information for individual stand constructors:

The access to the exhibition territories will be granted upon the check of all project and technical stand documentation, performed by "Expoforma -service" company.

Exhibitors arrival and check-in
May 17, 2010 from 9-00 till 20-00
May 18, 2010 from 9-00 till 22-00
All construction works should be finished no later that 22-00 on May 18, 2010.  Companies will be able to extend the construction period at extra charge.  Please, check-in at the "Service bureau" (Pavilion 7, check-in desk) to enter "Lenexpo" grounds. From May 16, 2010 service bureau will provide participant badges and vehicle admission cards for the period of construction and dismantling. Exhibitors should have:
- copies of documents, which confirm the executed payment for the exhibition space rent and requested works, services and equipment;
- 2 signed original agreements for exhibition participation;
- a power of attorney for the company representative, which enables him to sign agreements and statements of performed services and works; 

Participants will be able to receive documents, signed by the exhibition Organizer, every day during the period of exhibition.

If you do not have any large exhibits to demonstrate and your stand construction and decorations do not take more than one day, we recommend you arriving on May 18, 2010.
Participants with large exhibits may arrive earlier, starting from May 16, 2010.
The guiding services are not provided during the period of construction; JSC "Lenexpo" does not bear any responsibility for the exponent's property.

Exposition dismantling. Exhibits  removal.
May 21, 2010 from 17-00 till 22-00
May 22, 2010 from 09-00 till 20-00
Participants' property can be removed from the complex territory during the period of dismantling in the presence of   the required vehicle admission, which contains the mark for permitted removal (can be given at the 'service-bureau').   Exhibitors should remove all belongings no later than 20-00, May 22, 2010.  JSC "Lenexpo" possesses the right to remove the property, left after the deadline, from the territory. The Owners does not have the right to make any claims regarding the above mentioned property.

Pres-conference
Press-conference will take place on May19, 2010 in the conference hall 7.3, pavilion 7, at 12. 30 after the official opening ceremony.

Exhibition opening ceremony
The official opening ceremony will be conducted on May 19, 2010 at 12. 00.

Official reception
The Официальный reception on the occasion of the exhibition beginning will be organized on May 19, 2010 at 18.30 (invitations are required)  

Loading and unloading works, customs clearance
Loading and unloading works on the territory of JSC "Lenexpo" can be performed only by SC "PanBaltService",
phone: (812) 322-6034. Exhibitors have to conduct a separate agreement with SC "PanBaltService" upon the loading and storage services and customs registration.

Documents, obtained  at the exhibition
At the exhibition stand the exhibitor will receive:
1. The invoice
2. The statement of performed works
The document should be signed by the company representative.
The invoice and statement will date to the last day of dismantling - May 22, 2010.

Exhibitor's application
During the period of exhibition you will be offered to fill in the participant's application. Please, submit the applications to JSC "Lenexpo" stand before May, 20.2010.It will help us consider your requests for the next exhibition and increase the efficiency of our work.

Security services
Exhibition security service is performed in accordance to the following schedule:
from 22-00 May18 , 2010 till 09-00 May 19,2010
from 18-00 May 19 , 2010 till 09-00 May 20, 2010
from 18-00 May 20 , 2010 till 09-00 May 21, 2010
from 18-00 May21 , 2010 till 09-00 May 22, 2010

During the indicated periods of time the pavilion will be sealed up and attended by a guard with a dog.  The rest of the time "JSC "Lenexpo" does not bear any responsibility for the exhibitors' belongings.

Outdoor Advertisement
You can place your advertising billboards at "Lenexpo" territory and order an audio commercial, which will be broadcasted in "Lenexpo" pavilions during the period of exhibition.

Additional services
JSC "Lenexpo" provides exhibition space and additional services in accordance with the submitted and paid order.  Additional services may be requested by the exhibitor during the construction period and will be performed in case of a 100% advanced payment. All additional orders will be executed only upon the fulfillment of early orders, and are possible only in case of the proper conditions for their performance.
If additional services are ordered during the period of construction, they are by 50 % more expensive than indicated in the official terms of participation.
Please apply to the "service bureau" desk in the pavilion 7 for additional services and works.

Telephone connection and related services
Paid phone and copying machine can be found at the Service bureau

First-aid post
First -aid post will be working during the period of exhibition, it is situated in the pavilion 5.
 
Hotel lodging
SC "LENEXPO" Travel Company" provides hotels' lodging, transportation to the exhibition complex and cultural program for the exhibition participants.

Exhibitor's obligations
Exhibiting company is obliged to follow the "terms of participation", applied for "Welding" exhibition. Terms of participation for "Lenexpo" exhibitions are available at "Lenexpo" and "Welding" web-sites.
